Enjoy 1-2 times a day. Included with every bag is a reusable silicone tea bag for your loose tea!
DIRECTIONS: Add 1 teaspoon of tea to your silicone tea bag and drop in 6-8oz of boiling water. Let the tea steep for 5-7 mins and enjoy! For best results, use filtered water, it can really effect taste and quality! Add honey or your favorite sweetener if you wish, but tastes great on its own.
